There comes a day, when you feel exhausted and feel like running away and never return. This happens with all of us and has happened with me too. This happens when we are so busy being busy cause of work, people and we don’t take out time for ourselves.
We here “Life is like that” all the time, but is it true?
Well, I don’t think so. Life is beautiful and it’s in our hands to live it in a way that it feels like a blessing. So, it’s important (sometimes) to first care about you and spend some ME-TIME doing the things you love. So, here are 3 self-care ideas for a Healthy Mind and Body
1. Unplug for a while
Go out for a walk in nature or you may include meditation in your regular routine. Start with 5 minutes a day in the morning or before bed. This will help you clear out your mind. Simply focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale. Your mind will wander at first but if you do this regularly, you will be able to do it better.

The other thing you can do to cut off is to turn your phone off or you better put it to airplane mode for a few minutes at the same time every single day. You can use that time to do a thing that you enjoy doing like dancing or reading and so on.
2. Make time for Exercise
When it comes to self-care, making time every single day to exercise comes in the priority list. You can’t ignore it whether it’s about going for a light exercise like walking or intense form of cardio or weight training to build those muscles.
As per my own experience, exercise helps me get rid of toxins in the form of sweat and clear out my mind too. It helps release stress and I usually feel more productive. So, including some form of exercise in your daily routine while its cardio, yoga or any other exercise, gives your mind and body the required care.
3. The Reading Habit
Reading books is something that I love whether for killing some time or to get my mindset on point. I prefer reading at least 2 books a week on self-help. This has changed my game completely.
I get the required motivation and information to work on certain areas in my life especially when I am feeling low. It just helps me clear out my mind of negative thoughts as I get lost in the book. I make sure to read something before I sleep so that I have a calm mind.
